Get it done

I have only seconds to type, but wanted to say the universe is delivering just like it always does... except this time the gap in between is less or almost non existent. What I mean is my belief was before once I got a bunch under agreement I would have a dry spell... well I now realize that I was creating the dry spell there is no reason for it... and no need for me to create or acknowledge it ever again: )

Relax and believe

I am starting to say things that I expect to happen more now.. making it be.... and it is working very well. I have stated what properties were going to go under agreement next... because I had before and they did.. so hmm why I have I not been on top of that more.

I am so used it on my golf game today, and how sweet it was...

I am going to Florida for 8 days come Sunday night ( Friday now) and this will be the greatest trip I ever take in my life without a doubt. I know I will end up speaking with Doug Flutie down there, maybe even throw the football with him

I want to write forever today, but am going off to enjoy a wonderful mean prepared by my daughter...think good things and good things will happen: )

Warm and wonderful

So I was watching the movie Truman last night, and thought I would love to learn more about how and why the Author came up with that concept. In seeing it I felt that all watched and appreciated him as a human being. It did not matter the things he did, because all he did was human behavior... and how much fun that is to watch....

Now think if you are on the other side, and you are particles... spirit... part of the universe... and are being attracted to certain individuals because of what there thoughts and goals are... and you watch them and appreciate them... and see them go through joys... and also watch them not go after their real true dreams many a times due to what others might think.. or for any number of reasons we stop ourselves from doing what we are meant to do... or to achieve...you see them beat themselves up for silly reasons... although it is silly when it is someone Else's, but when it is our own, it can be devastating....

Instead be that person that the universe sees, and helps along.. the one who accepts themselves as human and only sees beauty and victory from all that is out there... and knows and has the faith that no matter what, the universe is going to see to it that all turns out beautiful... because the universe is so powerful and strong, especially when you believe.... you can do anything if you only believe...

If you only believe.. so you think if I could think and feel and believe strong enough... but I cannot not like others have... this is where you are so wrong... whatever it is you have achieved so far in life is what you feel you could achieve... remove your own barriers, or instead look at them as belief rooms... I am in this room, and area because this is the room I believe I am supposed to be in... I am comfortable here... that is ok as long as you are not just saying that... let go... let the wind take and carry you away... go and see the beauty that is out there and all around... you do not have to wait until you are older in life to decide...ok I can do this now... do it... no matter what your life will be beautiful and all will be more than fine....

Ok I am off to work on my 1 hour plan today...... it will be most post Thursday.

Let the sun shine

To observe others is the easiest thing to do, oh my goodness to observe and understand where they are at and understand why... yet we are not able to do that as easily for ourselves. It is time to change and just simply let the sun shine in.

Heaven is in each one of us, I have worked to get in touch and see and feel this, and I also have the universe trying so hard to get me to be in touch further and deeper with it. It would be very wise of me to allow it to happen.

I feel like many of the books I have read I need to sit down and write out a success formula. One in which I can follow daily. If I have the map, it should make it alot easier to get to where I am going... and quicker. Hmm and if I believe this, then it will be.

If I was to write out this formula, it would be very smart of me to have visuals along the way so that I know what it is I am supposed to be achieving ( seeing ) and can know where I am supposed to be and when I should be at my goal. I think I am at the point now that I should write out this map, and start to follow it... it should include many areas and aspects so I know where I am... is this trying to take control... or simply pointing out to myself what is important to me, and pre-programming myself to be able to stay focused to a higher level.

Tomorrow I will put aside 1 hour in which to write out this formula on the blog here, and then we will see over time how effective it is, and how I hone it in more and more.

OK do it....

As I relax, and decide the universe can do the work, I am going to just chill and let it all happen.

What this is really saying is I have decided to put more energy and effort into relaxing, focusing and believing rather than sitting at the computer and pounding out emails and calls... and then going home after awhile, and feeling like I should be doing more... what am I doing to myself? Instead I need to just let the universe do what it does best.. I keep saying that, but I still have been only allowing it to do just so much.... I need to turn it over.. and really let it happen more and more..

I can see it now.. people calling out of the blue, or bumping into me, and asking about buying or selling... hmmm how easy this industry is.. or shall I say how easy life is: )

expectations

What are your expectations? I can guarantee you that whatever they are is what you will achieve.

I was asked by my stepson who was pitching in the baseball game if the Batter has "the secret" and the pitcher has "the secret" who wins?

My answer was that both can win, that you can have a game where your score was lower than your opponents, yet you won...., however to expand further the answer would be what are the expectations of each one? He as the pitcher must be precise as to what he wants the universe to do for him.... does he simply want to throw strikes? Does he want him to miss chasing an outside curve.... does he simply want an out? Does he believe that if the batter gets a hit the field behind him will support him and make sure the batter gets out?

What are the expectations of the batter... to not strike out? To hit the ball deep? To make good contact with the ball? All of those expectations would make an out if the pitchers universe is on....both could win... if the batter hit the ball to deep center field.. a blast of almost 400' and the center fielder makes a great catch at the fence has anyone lost?

Now to step back and speak on my step sons achievements in the game yesterday. He is believing in "the secret" and it shows. I saw 2 fly balls hit to right field that should have been caught fall in for base hits... the universe is so with him on this that it makes sure the ball falls in... it was almost as if it froze the players and the ball floated to the perfect spot...or I could talk about how the other team actually messed up a couple of times when he was pitching... and a base running error ( one of the worst goofs I have ever seen) made it so a simple run did not score... or when the batter took him deep, and his right fielder makes a diving catch for the third out that would have scored at least 2 more runs on him.... the universe was there with him because he believed... it is wonderful seeing the universe help those that want it and believe it...

So as I walk into my day, I need to have a clearer focus on my expectations... and so do you...

Talk to me Goose

I am centering more and more every day. I can feel myself getting in alignment more and more every day. I feel I needed adjustments, or for some reason the universe felt I needed it, and although it felt like I was distracted from my goals, somehow what all has happened is going to bring me into alignment with them better.

I have taken a part of my life and added to it in a way I thought at first I would not, but as I feel and live the secret deeper and better, I realize that I was putting limits on still. I can, and am spending more free time at home, realizing that all the business will come my way even if I am not 100% focused on it most of the day.... that is a part I was overlooking... I had thrown a limit on deciding that I had to dedicate so much more time to my goals if they were to happen.

Well, silly Jim... as I instead still take my day and make changes to make sure that I am changing the patterned behavior that still exists. I have also refocused the goals and wants that I had months ago, and had decided were not important enough yet... I felt they needed to wait.... and now I am adding them into the whole mix.

So a recap if you will. It is important for me to read each morning to establish deeper right away my connection with the universe so I will allow the wonderful things to flow to me. I will take the time to meditate and open up the endless possibilities, and draw to me easier.... I look forward to going deeper and deeper now. I am ready...

Let the sun shine

As you inch closer and closer and can feel the changes so close by... yet not fully connected yet... ahhh it is right there. Now to just maintain focus and believe. The part that is the biggest change I think is the believe... imagine having patterned behavior for 45 years, and then suddenly deciding to change...

Now usually people will change, but they have some large factor do that for them... a heart attack.. death... divorce... yet we understand all that does not have to happen... you just need to be consciously aware of what it is you want, and move toward it, and do not let anything get in your way.

I want to help people to be able to achieve and be all they can be... be all they are.... and are unaware of.. as long as the want is there.. what does it take for you to have the want or desire? I know what my motivating factors are.... and am thankful for them.

It just happens....

When you let it... it has been raining wonderful things on me in the business world here, and while others struggle so all is cool in Jim's backyard.... I just let it be... and it comes to me... and I feel I was fighting it again for a little bit, and now am allowing it. Ahhh it feels so good because it is correcting one of my old past habits. It used to be once I got a bunch under agreement I chilled out... or you could say I did not allow the universe bring them to me... I was blocking the business.. I see that now loud and clear.

One the flip side, when I needed deals, and focused on them basically over all my career, they came to me... I would suddenly have a cash transaction that is awesome that is going to close in 15 days come out of nowhere..... so why could I have not before this point in time realize that it was not just a coincidence?

I go into this weekend with so many appointments, and know how many deals I am about to get together over the next bunch of days/weeks/months.... my focus is the sales.. that is the major part.. not the ones that are not...

breaking through...

I am little by little I feel it see it and am living it. I feel that I have been not relaxed enough and allowing... so as my focus each day is to allow, and when I feel during the day I do actually allow I can almost make things happen by just letting them.

It seems silly and wild, yet it is happening so much there can be no other answer, and as I realize more and more each day that things don't just happen... we create them....and today I have allowed wonderful things to be created when I was somehow blocking it from truly happening before. I feel like the world is opening up for me all of a sudden more than it was before... I feel I am breaking through another layer of living.. or achieving, or just plain ol attracting to me what I am after.

Now if I was to go with this... hmm this is the funny part going with it... the going with for me is to let... just let the things happen and enjoy them all along the way. Sometimes things do make certain feelings come up... but what that is telling you is what you are thinking... and that is usually going off of past experiences I would imagine.... and that is a wrong way to judge things that occur in the here and now.... so to make the efforts to make sure that what is being said or done...is not predetermined, but just viewed and enjoyed as a part of life... and live it.. and know it will always turn out cool.. cause that is what happens in your/my life.

I want to write more, but feel the desire to read, and get more food for thought... ahhh my next life awaits.. is calling me, and I have been living some of life's lessons in order to be able to fulfill my purpose so much deeper and better...silly universe all around me... I think what it is, is it has been standing by me waiting for me to allow it to work with and help me out.... here I am universe... now connect and use me.... and together we will enjoy what can be achieved...

Just smile

And think good thoughts, and keep thinking them... until you feel the transformation taking place. I am a firm believer that the vibrational energy that is all around us works with us, and wants to work with us to whatever degree it is that we want.

As mush as I prefer to keep positive examples, sometimes it feels like it is easier to get people to see and understand the negative ones. If someone decides first thing in the morning things are terrible, do you ever feel they will get better... think of this as if it is someone you know that you are viewing, not yourself per se. The people that have a poor disposition to start... and dwell upon it have it get worse and worse... they do it to themselves... The universe is picking up on it, and they are attracting all the negative energy... and more and more of it flows to them... and you can see them getting more and more upset, and see them going down the yukky path.....it is the vibrational energy that they have attracted to themselves... and they get so much of this energy that it surrounds them, and makes it so it is extremely difficult to penetrate... you know when you talk to them sometimes and you feel like you are just not getting to them, or that they are not hearing a single word you are saying.

If you can believe the above can happen, and believe that the individual that goes through this exercise, protects themselves from anything good happening to them.... the negative protection around them does not allow it? Why then do you not believe the opposite can happen?

Imagine if you are staying focused on only the best and most wonderful things that can possibly occur, and know on the inside that no matter what every thing always turns out perfect anyway, why do you not consciously aim your lie in this direction? Think about it you can have a layer of beauty so thick and wonderful around you that the strong negative people and views of situations do not bother you... it is as if you do not hear or see them....

Take it a step higher now... what if you surround yourself with other people that also work hard to have their life be this way.... isn't it wonderful when you see a group that has a common belief? Like a sports team that has accomplishments above and beyond expectations.... not just an individual, but a team... it is rare that you see this happen, but when it does it is incredible... however isn't it usually this one strong personality that has the power to make all those around them believe? Larry Bird, Tiger Woods, Michale Jorden? oh I am sure I can name many.... Hey you know Charles Barclay is to Short to lead the league in rebounding... but no one told him that.. or he didn't hear them: )

Imagine how high you can go ( meaning how much of your goals and dreams can happen ) if you not only believe, but believe consciously to help build the habit, and end up having a wonderful flow of beauty into your life.... especially if you identify it and let the universe take you there... but you have to let it...

Important thing... surround yourself with those that will help you build that positive level of beauty around you, not those that will constantly chip away at it. In small doses they cannot effect you, in large long constant ones, they can. It is healthier and better if you goal is to achieve wonderful things, to have warmth around you...

What surrounds you?

The vibrational energy that is all around us... what kind of vibrations have you attracted to yourself? What are you surrounding yourself with? The importance of the question is to make sure that your thoughts which tune into what is around you is attracting the beauty that you are after in your life. Worry and fear surround you and do not allow all the wonderful energy that is all around to be able to get to you.

Allow yourself to have the incredible life... allow the beauty in, allow all the positive wonderful energy that is all around you to get in. This is the focus of my day more now. I am going out of my way to slow down ( because there is plenty of time for everything) and make sure I refocus and that the words and actions I have are positive ones... not funny ( which funny seems to me to be a vibration that takes us toward the negative.. it feels like a way the universe has tricked us to go away from positive....

I started it this am, and am shifting on everything today. Every area of my life I am going to make sure has a noticeable increase of positive output, in order to increase the positive input. I am going to allow my life to get so much better, and I am going to start that today.

I believe that slowing down will allow me to see.... I will not be rushing through the motions of the day, I will slow down see feel and enjoy all that is around me. I will then also be working on adjusting all that is in my life, and change my patterned behaviors to move them toward what I am passionate about. Instead of what I feel I must do each day, I am going to shift.

Hmmm thought of the day, perhaps instead of feeling you need to control, and instead where you allow the universe to work for you... and allow all the wonderful energy around you to be a part of you.... maybe we can direct it far more than we have ever realized...focus, feel, allow, and enjoy all the energy that is there... allow allow allow.... allow it to be a part of you... if you allow it....maybe it will not be amazing at all what can happen... maybe the universe looks for those who allow, and the ones that do allow get to have this incredible journey... one that most feel can only be dreamed of....

Oh my I am so onto something here that I feel the energy and the universe all around me trying to communicate with me on it. I am trying to stay slow and relaxed, and I can feel all the energy dancing around me,..... it is as if it knows I know, and now I need to allow.... it will be interesting to see what I allow into my life today.... what the universe wants to do with me....

Final thing... the universe had me put the word positive in this how many times...... it must be there for a reason... it is showing me one of the keys....already

Just ask

I feel the universe keeps answering all I ask. I wanted a relaxing away from the phone ringing and showing buyers homes this weekend, and got it... ahhh after being upside down busy for so long suddenly a small reprieve comes when I have asked... hmmm what should I ask for now?

I started off today differently, I was going back to old habits and patterned behavior and for the first time in awhile this morning started off by reading and meditating again...the real good part is once again that I did not allow the time period to be very long before I identified it. This time of the year for me can have me get absorbed in my work if I allow, instead of looking at things realizing that I have all kinds of time, and that everything will work out perfect.

The everything will work out part I have done very well with, just need to realize that for longer time periods than I currently am.

The other main factor that I am working with is allowing the universe to do with me what it desires. However that means not predetermining what something is or means when it finds its way into my life... or universe shall we say, but keeping an open mind that ti is for a reason, and is working me toward my goals.... so I need to make sure I meditate more often and have clearer goals. And I really do believe that because I feel the universe keeps delivering to me whatever I ask.....

I am really hoping and believing that the universe wants to get me moved along faster to speaking.... even November seems so far away... each day I just dream of writing and want to start a second book and I am not even completed here for another 7 to 8 months.... ahhhhh patience Jim

After

Oh my a few days here... I have thought hard on my meeting... thinking I had a very clear vision, and that I would work with the universe, and allow it to all happen sooner than I originally expected or planned...however it really did not totally go as I expected. He was very open and listened to everything I had to say, however where I expected him to instantly create a plan... that did not happen.

This is where I have worked hard to decide what are the next steps I am to take in order to get to the passion and joy, and to help others. It is funny I have had people tell me since then I should write a book... and I shared : ) I am.... Is the next step to just allow the universe to do what it knows is best... perhaps the universe sees a different faster route than I do and is working on that... because there is no doubt that what I am doing is in alignment with the universe.

The president has not read "The Secret" had never even heard of it.. so I told him he must... we will see Lisa feels I should buy it and send it to him. Not a bad idea really.

So I decided I wanted to increase the amount of listings I have and actually did about 10 analysis this week. Unbelievable... Wow just came to me... will be interesting the first b-ball game today the team will be ahead 9 or 10 to 2.... and the reason Marty has not gotten back to me on the land is something is wrong with his father.

Ok so back to the listings... I focused and allowed, now I am presenting... then I decided I wanted/needed to spend some time at home this Fri-Sun... and my phone stopped ringing... oh the universe hears loud and clear... if only we can all realize that, and cue into it....

How to help... I need to get both the Sales Manager and the President to start to do things differently. They feel they are "cued in" by listening to all the reasons and doom and gloom that surround the Real Estate market...so what it does not mean that people are not buying and selling... it just means it is easier because most agents are not putting the proper energy effort and focus into listing and selling because of all they hear... they have a preprogramming they are unaware of.

Unwire them get them to realize that this is what is happening, and the ones that are mentally aware of this can change their focus and overcome... especially since they have the number 1 company behind them.

The way the market is is and opportunity right now, and I need to get the leader and sales manager to focus only on the positive, and how to increase the ares... they need to see the increase.... they seek out the negative right now... I need to get them to instead put the same energy into seeking out the positive... positive creates positive.....sooooo : )

Before

I meet in an hour, I thought it would be important to hear a little from me before, and after. The before part has me knowing what it is I desire to speak about, and what I feel I would like to have occur. I feel I will be speaking to all the agents for NRT in New England, and this is the first step.

I envy his job right now, even though he is unaware of it. He is sitting on top of a gold mine, but he is looking for silver, or you could say he is so worried about the gold that he does not see, and therefore is not seeing how he can actually mine it. He is seeing how he used to do it, and is still trying to do it that way and it is working... I need to show him how to get it... and teach the others how to.

You need the mind, attitude and believing in order to achieve..... things are different now, and this is the age and way to go. They can do any thing they want, they just need to be led and shown this.

The words will come to me, I am not writing anything down, I am going to allow the universe to flow though me today... my vision is pretty clear, and I am ready to let myself flow with the waters... talk to you in a few hours: )
